Elements is a five week, online short course that reconnects you with the fundamental principles that are essential for health.
There is 5 weeks of content, plus a bonus week and an introductory week (week 0). This is 7 weeks in total. The final Q&A session will be held on December 20th, 2025. You will have access to the content until the 31st of January (12 weeks).
The content for each week is released every Monday. Watch the pre-recorded lessons (total of 45 - 80 mins per week), and write down any questions that you have. At the end of the week, attend a live ' Q&A / touch point' session where you can ask Daniel questions, and gain further insight about the content. There is also a 'members only' forum, where Daniel will answer questions, post additional information, and share other exclusive content.

Daniel Roytas has qualifications in naturopathy, human nutrition, psychotherapy, hypnotherapy and remedial massage. He is a clinician, educator, public speaker and author, with over 15 years of experience. He is passionate about inspiring and motivating people to take control over their own health and wellbeing. After 10 years working at various colleges and universities around Australia, Daniel made the decision to resign in late 2022 after losing faith in the education being offered at these institutions. This has allowed him to focus on bringing high-level, quality health education to people all over the world.
